Simple Ways I’ve Incorporated More Water Into My Daily Routine

I was  so bad with getting my daily water intake.  I was  lucky if I was getting two glasses a day. I’ve really been working on making major changes this year for better health.  I’ve been making sure to get my six glasses or more daily thanks to a little help. 

Setting a reminder for certain times on my phone has really helped me stay on track.  I’ve also been logging my water consumption on my fitnesspal app.

Clearly Canadian sparkling water has been making a huge comeback. They are available in original flavors, clearly (sparkling mineral water), zero sugar flavors, and sparkling essence. 

I’ve recently received  some of their delicious flavored sparkling waters.  All waters they use come from Ontario and other Canadian springs.  It’s so clean and fresh tasting.

I really like that their bottled sparkling water uses glass bottles and not plastic.  Their bottle design is very comfortable to hold.  It has a very unique tear drop shape.

Their sparkling waters also come in slim cans which are available in six packs.  They are perfect for taking to the beach, to the office, lunches, and so on.
