New App Can Find Where To Watch Top Emmy Nominated TV Shows For 2024

New App Can Tell You Where To Watch Top Emmy Nominated Shows For 2024

The 76th Emmy Awards is set to air September 15th from The Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. This year has been full of wonderfully written and brilliantly produced TV shows, some of the top nominees include Shogun, The Bear, Only Murders In The Building, The Crown, and True Detective: Night Country. Before TV’s big night, it’s a great time to catch up on watching some of the best shows of 2024, but where can you stream all this incredible content? One startup built by a Stanford graduate has engineered an app that can help you find all these amazing shows.

Gatsby Frimpong is the co-founder and CEO of Gatsby TV, the tech company and app offering a fast and fun way to discover television shows and movies. Their platform brings all your streaming services into one place where they can be easily searched and combines what you’re viewing on each one into a unique recommendation algorithm.

Additionally, The Gatsby TV team designed the app to analyze suggestions that have been sent to you by your family and friends, who they believe knows you better than Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV ever could.

The Gatsby TV app is seamlessly bridging the gap between our screens and our social lives.

Launched just last year and with over 100,0000 users, the application can quickly tell you where to find the film or TV series you’re looking for and if you can rent, buy, or stream it for free with detailed info including ratings from IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. According to user surveys, people spend up to 30 minutes or more trying to find something to watch and this app seeks to fix that.

Gatsby’s extensive experience before creating this startup and app includes engineering jobs at Apple, Microsoft, and Google. "He believes there are some issues with the state of streaming services including that each platform clearly only promotes their own content when making recommendations to users. Whereas, the Gatsby TV app collects and combines what you've been viewing on all of your streaming services and puts that into a unique algorithm that they feel gives more accurate recommendations of shows and movies you might like to watch. Gatsby and his team aim to eliminate the endless scrolling through streaming TV platforms and make the selection process faster and less filled with frustration for its users. The AI they've utilized also weighs in recommendations sent to you on the Gatsby TV app from real people that probably have a better idea of what you might like. The Gatsby TV app is free to download and available in the google play and apple stores if you'd like to check it out and find where you can watch some of the hottest shows on TV this year before the 2024 Emmys. You can also find Gatsby TV on Instagram @tv_gatsby."
