Based on the true story of one woman’s fight for the equality, health, and happiness of immigrant orphans.
As the granddaughter of Italian immigrants, Cabrini really touched my heart. Cabrini is such a captivating movie about Mother Cabrini, an Italian nun whose mission was to help as many orphans and immigrants as she could. When Italian immigrants came to America, and were being abused and mistreated, Mother Cabrini went above and beyond to create a better world for them. Her hard work and determination spanned across the world and has made her patron Saint of Immigrants. This is such a wonderful movie filled with struggles and with many heart warming moments. A must see movie.
