I think every day should be National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day.  Who’s with me on that proposal?  Who doesn’t want to relax in their office with their favorite jammies on? While you're at it , you may wanna slip on a pair of your favorite slippers too.

There, the dress code may be a lot different, requiring suits and business dress attire.   Having a day like this would be a welcomed addition.

Have each department parade into other departments in their best slumber garb.  Entice your employees or coworkers to bring funny accessories, like a giant teddy bear or pacifier.  This will lighten the atmosphere and make an upbeat office.

Pajama Fashion Show

A comical fashion show is a fun way to celebrate National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day.  Allow employees who want to enter, fill out a form and award prizes for different categories, like Funniest Pajamas, Ugliest Pajamas, Most Comfortable Pajamas.

Hideous Pajama Contest

Encourage your employees to wear the most hideous pajamas they can find or make.  This will bring tons of laughs to the office.

Pillow Fight Contest

Finish your National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day with a fun pillow fight!  After all, every slumber party deserves one, why not this day?
