New Year's resolutions are great, if you stick to them. This year, I am going to set small goals for myself rather than place expectations that are ridiculous on myself. There are some things that I would like to improve or succeed at this year.
DIET IMPROVEMENT First I would like to lose some weight. I have Hashimoto's disease and pretty much have no metabolism, so it is difficult for me to take weight off but super easy to put it on.
I want to start using my BMI Scale to my advantage. It gives me reliable readouts and has large numbers on it which is a plus. It also allows tracking for up to 4 users which is perfect for my family. Plus it looks great in any room with it's sleek design.
SELF CARE IMPROVEMENT
Another thing I would like to do is start taking better care of my skin better. I use products here and there and off and on, but recently I started using a routine that was sent to me from Reviva Labs. It has every step I need for my skin.

Exercise more! I haven't belonged to a gym in a long time. I usually just work out at home. But, I feel that I need more variety and equipment so I can get faster and better results. I plan to join the gym so that I can get more miles or walking via the treadmill. I like my bike but it doesn't give me the results I want.
SELF IMPROVEMENT Be more positive. I want to start being more positive and relax more. I find myself at times being a negative person and being slight with my answers. I don't like that trait that I sometimes have and want to change it. I plan on being more patient and pausing before opening my mouth.
REKINDLING Take more ME or US time. I am gonna be an empty nester this coming year, so it is time to start reflecting on making more time for my husband and I again. We are planning some changes to our home as well. It is gonna be a big change and we are going to be very busy.
ORGANIZING I want to get more organized. I am one of those people who hates to throw things away, but it has gotten to the point that I need to start really prioritizing the things that I hang on to. I also want to be more organized in my home and in my vehicles. I hate having things randomly strewn throughout my car or in a cabinet.
One of the products that I recently received and love are Thirty One Deluxe Organizing Utility Tote. It allows me to fit all those odds and end items from car and organize them all in one place. It is also great for organizing in the home as well. Its great to be used as a knitting or sewing or crafting tote. It is also good for organizing in kids rooms.
