Have you always wanted to learn how to knit but felt intimidated by the knitting needles? Me too!
I am a crocheter and have been doing it since I was a little girl, but I always wanted to learn how to knit. I love making scarves and blankets and giving them as gifts, but crocheting can be tiring and time consuming.
Lion Brand yarn is a unique yarn called "Off the Hook", that doesn't require any needles, just your hands! It is available in an array of colors. It is so simple to use and you can finish projects quickly and easily.
The concept of the yarn is to tuck the loops into each other in a back and forth pattern. I decided I was going to make an infinity scarf for my first project since I had never used the yarn before and wanted to get use to it.
The first step is to lay the yarn flat with all of the loops facing an upward position. For the infinity scarf I started with 8 loops
As you go back and forth tucking the loops into eachother from behind, the pattern begins to take shape.
Here is an easy tutorial on how to use the yarn.
I used one yarn skein to make this infinity scarf.
It can be worn around the neck, or neck and head to protect against wind.
I am so happy with the way the infinity scarf came out. I can't wait to make more projects! I think my next project is going to be a lap blanket. I will be sure to post pictures on my Instagram of any projects I make.

That's pretty neat. I didn't know this yarn existed. Now I have to try it!
