I have had metal allergies since I can remember. When I was asked to check out T-Tapp Anti-Aging Exercise Program, I had no idea what to expect.  This program was created by Teresa Tapp, physiologist. The program is designed to activate muscles that we don't use as often as we should.  It involves very specific low impact movements and  is only 15 minutes 3 to 4 days a week.  There is no equipment needed to do the T-Tapp program.
