How to Overcome Pitfalls as a Blogger #sponsored #femaleentrepreneur

I blog because I love to express myself.  I have always had a passion for writing.  I don't blog because I want to be rich or famous.  I blog because I like to be creative and I like to share my thoughts, opinions and reviews with you.  However, I sometimes can get discouraged when my numbers aren't where I project them to be, especially when putting a lot of time and effort into projects.

There is nothing wrong with setting high expectations of yourself as a blogger, however it is important that you keep focused on what is important to you and what your goals are, so that you can overcome any pitfalls that you may face along the way.

I think that the biggest thing to tackle as a blogger is building up a following.  It doesn't happen overnight.  It can take years to build a strong following across all of your social media outlets, but if you set your sites on it, you can succeed.  Sometimes you can get one campaign that can make you stand out from the crowd.  Who wouldn't love that? The important thing is that you stay true to who you are and learn from mistakes along the way. Never give up your dream.

This is Grace Lever.

  2. It's hard to pinpoint how some people get a lot of followers and some don't. I'm trying to figure it out myself.
