It's my favorite time of year! The air is crisp, the leaves are changing and there are so many fun family activities to do.

I love to bake and love the smell of fresh baked pies. With all of the great apple and pumpkin recipes, this is a great time of the year to bake.
Visit a local farm

Local farms are always fun to visit, especially this time of year. Pick a pumpkin, apples, berries and more! You can also learn about farm life and the animals that live on the farm.
Carve pumpkins

Halloween will soon be here. Pick the perfect pumpkin and spend the day carving pumpkins with your family. Make sure to save the pumpkin seeds for roasting!

Whatever you decide to do, I hope you enjoy your day.
Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the photos, and the ideas. :)
ReplyDeleteMine too!
DeleteAwesome ideas. My daughter and I were just discussing the vegetables and fruits that are harvested this time of year. I can't eat the apple or pumpkin pies, the donuts or apple crisp but I sure can eat all the fresh vegetables and fruit!
ReplyDeleteI love the fall fruit and veggie assortments as well. 😊
DeleteThese look like some really fun ideas. Unfortunately, I live in southwest Florida and it's hotter than blue blazes until after Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh no lol. My brother is in that area too. Come north! 😊
DeleteLove all these ideas! I think I will pick apples and then bake them!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great idea 😊
ReplyDeleteI do love the Fall best of all the seasons. Pumpkin anything is what I end up craving. I really should go apple picking--haven't done that in forever--of course an apple pie would taste real good right about now!
ReplyDeleteWe have a few local corn mazes every year. 2 of them are pretty big and feature people dressed as monsters. Probably my favorite thing about Halloween.
