My Sleep Number is 35! I never realized how comfortable I could be on a mattress until I visited the Sleep Number store at my local Westfield Mall. My sales associate Craig was awesome!   He was so knowledgeable about the mattresses and explained all of the different ones to me.    He also explained my sleep number to me and showed me what a difference it made on the pressure on my back.  My husband and I are actually in the market for a new mattress and my next one is going to be a Sleep Number.   I especially loved the i8 bed .  It is a split top mattress with separate adjustable sides.  The top and bottom both can be raised and lowered individually with the adjustable base option.  The mattress has a temperature balancing sleep surface.  It is soft to the touch.  I even have the option of adding a massage option! This was a really good week for me.  I lost 3 lbs.  I didn't do anything different this week from the other weeks.  I guess my body just readjusted itself.  That is how it is sometimes on the weight loss train.  You will lose a bit, taper off, plateau, lose again.    I know personally that I can be doing everything right and not lose an ounce.  But that doesn't mean I am not losing inches, or gaining muscle or confidence.  Stick with your plan and in the long run, you will see results. On another topic ,  I wanted to talk about how we can sometimes let the things other people do or say, or the perception we may have of what other people think or say, effect us emotionally. Do you ever go out to dinner and think of having dessert, but do not order it because you are afraid that the waiter or waitress will think negative things about you?  How about not going to the gym or not wearing an outfit because you fear what others will think or say about you?
